Reading Sarah's history and writing your brief...
Sarah is running the crit through Priya now. The open question is whether she lets Priya own the outcome too, or keeps a hand on the screens after the meeting.
Ask about the reorg.
Onboarding redesign: scope for Q4.
L6: what a first step looks like.
On 20 Aug she let Priya run the design crit alone and came out of it energised. She said it was the first time she had not touched someone else's screens afterwards. The reorg is still underneath everything, but the worry has moved: less about her own place, more about where research lands. The intro to Maya you promised on 16 Jul has not happened, and she asked for it again.
Delegation has moved from not letting go to letting go of the meeting. The next step is the outcome, not the room.
She has asked about L6 in four sessions since May and has never been given a first step. The gap is starting to read as an answer.
Her worry shifting from her own place to where research lands is a scope signal worth naming out loud.
She asked for the Maya intro twice. A promise asked for twice is already costing you something.
1.What did you catch yourself wanting to redo after Priya's crit?
2.What would a first step toward L6 look like, in your words?
3.The Maya intro is mine and it is seven weeks late. Do you still want it?
4.Where do you want research to land if the reorg moves it?
5.What is one thing Priya could own end to end next month?

Everything that was said about you, and what to do with it next.
Following my last review, help me close my growth areas and reach the next level.
Nora named two things: delegation, in May, and scope beyond your own project for L6. The first has its example now: Priya ran the crit alone on 20 Aug and you did not touch it after. The second has none yet. The step 3 API ownership, stuck for five weeks, is the obvious candidate: bring her a recommendation.
Every workspace is one person's, behind their own address and password. What you write here is read by you, and nobody else.
