Beta terms

The product is unfinished. Things will change, some will break, and a change may lose data despite the backups. Tainure is provided as it is, without a warranty of any kind, and free of charge during the beta.

• To handle your notes as described on the privacy page, and to tell you before that changes.
• To keep your data one click away (“Download my data”, in the account menu), and to delete your workspace when you ask.
• To tell you when the beta ends or turns into something paid, with time to leave before it does.

• Your feedback. A beta only works if you tell us what helped and what got in the way; expect a short conversation after a few weeks.
• One workspace, one person. Your address and password are yours; do not share them.
• Ordinary use. No attempt to reach another workspace, to overload the service, or to use the AI for anything other than your own work with your team.

You can leave at any time: write to beta@tainure.comand your workspace is deleted. We can end your access or the beta itself with a week's notice, or at once if these terms are broken. Either way, the privacy page's rules on deletion apply.

To the extent the law allows, Tainure is not liable for losses arising from the use of a beta product; where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what the law requires. These terms are governed by the law of the founder's country in the European Union.
